According to researchers at Chicago’s Smell and Taste Treatment and Research Foundation, inhaling the refreshing scent of citrus helps your brain stay calm and relaxed when you’re surrounded by chaos, and that nixes the urge to stress-eat in as little as two minutes, study authors say.
