All New: Tallest Building in Europe

A general view shows the Moscow International Business Center and the Mercury City Tower (R) after a ceremony to present it as Europe's tallest skyscraper in Moscow, November 1, 2012. The 339 meters (1,112 feet) tall Mercury City Tower, primarily owned by billionaire Igor Kesaev, is one of the buildings forming the Moscow International Business Center also known as "Moskva-City". The tower, which is still under going construction, reached its full height making it at present, the tallest skyscraper in Europe, according to organizers of the ceremony and local media.
